Purchasing a Gift Card
- Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between ₹100 and ₹50,000.
- Up to 10 gift cards can be purchased in a single order, each issued as its own unique code.
- Gift cards are delivered by email only, as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Redeeming a Gift Card
- Shop on our website or app and add your favourite jewellery to cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your gift card code in the 'Apply Coupon' field.
- The value is applied instantly — pay any remaining balance to complete your order.
Validity & Usage
- Each gift card code is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- A gift card code can be used once, in a single order.
- Redeemable on any product across our store — no category restrictions.
Other Terms
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift card balances cannot be transferred to a bank account or another gift card.
- Lost or undelivered gift card emails can be recovered by contacting our support team with your order number.
